Guidelines
To enhance the enjoyment of your services, we urge your cooperation in upholding these guidelines:

  • Spa Service hours vary, please call for service availability.
  • Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled treatment time. No refunds will be made for early departure of unused spa appointments.
  • All services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you give a 24-hour cancellation notice or be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service fee.
  • We are unable to accommodate same day changes to the time or treatment type of your appointments on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday Periods.
  • Tips are not included in the price. We recommend a 10%-20% gratuity for all Spa Services.
  • For all massage and body treatments, you must be 18 years of age and older. If accompanied by a parent or guardian, a 16 or 17 year old may have these treatments.
  • The use of cellular phones, cameras, video or audio recording equipment is not permitted in the Spa, and neither is the consumption of alcohol.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
    Your therapist may terminate the service, without a refund, for any use of inappropriate language or actions.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Use of the pools at Miracle Springs Resort is only available to hotel guests and to those guests who purchase a spa service.
